A Korean classic. Rich, marinated, thinly sliced, beef and onions in a sweet soy sauce served over white rice.

Korea's version of "fried rice" bibimbap is a pile of steaming white rice topped with sauteed vegges, a bit of beef (or not if you prefer), and a fried egg and served with a Korean sweet chilli sauce. It looks pretty but its best eaten when you mix the sauce and everything else up together!

A simple favorite in our home. Homemade kimchi chopped up and fried with rice, veggies, and an egg on top.

A moist chicken or pork cutlet breaded and deep fried and served with a traditional katsu sauce ( a tangy Korean worchester-based sauce), white rice, and a bit of Korean coleslaw!

Our Curry Katsu Bowl is a dollop of white rice smoothered in homemade curry sauce topped with a crispy deep-fried cutlet of pork or chicken and fried egg. Delicious!

Korean via Japan, our hot + steamy bowl of udon noodles is topped with traditional Korean fish cake and, for just a little extra, some freshly made crispy tempura.

The husband's favorite. Homemade Korean dumplings (mandu) swimming in a light but flavor-packed broth with veggies and thinly sliced rice noodles. Hearty and delicious!

Jay-ook is thinly sliced pork marinated in a rich Korean chilli sauce which is then sauteed with onions, thrown over a heaping bowl of white rice, and then topped with a sunny-side up fried egg. Spicy and delicious!

Korea's (better:) answer to Lo Mein! Japchae is made with chewy sweet potato "glass" noodles stir-fried with vegetables and egg, in a light, slightly sweet, soy sauce. Add our homemade bulgogi beef on top if you want some meat with your noodles!

Our delicious marinated Katsu (either chicken or pork) slapped between two slices of Japanese white bread toasted to perfection and crammed with crispy cabbage and tangy sauce!

This hearty, spicy, soup is chocked full of soft silky tofu, pork, and vegetables. It comes with a bowl of steaming white rice and is sure to leave you stomach satisfied!

Another family favorite! This spicy, rich, chicken stew with chunky potatoes and carrots is Korean Comfort food at its finest! Served with a bowl of white rice.

The most classic of Korean dishes. Kimchi stew is a savory pot of, you guessed it, kimchi with pork and tofu. Served with a side of white rice, this is as Korean comfort as it gets.

Add a drink plus your choice of mini-side to any Duk Bokki or Comfort Meal!

Korean chicken kebabs! Moist flamed grilled chicken thighs slathered in your choice of sauce! Great for a snack or order a couple and make a meal!

Four pieces of light, crispy, and delicious assorted vegetables and calamari battered and fried to perfection. Served with a soy dipping sauce

Don't call it sushi! Korean gimbap comes in a variety of styles and fillings. The classic roll is stuffed with fish cake, egg, carrot, pickled radish, spinach, and imitation crab meat. Great as a snack, accompaniment to any meal, or add some miso soup and kimchi and make a meal out of it!

This version of gimbap replaces the traditional ham with beef that has been marinated in a sweet and savory soy sauce.

A Korean street food icon, Boong-uh Bang, is a fish-shaped (thats right!) puff pastry traditionally filled with a sweet bean paste. But we like to mix it up here at Rubyne and will have a variety of seasonal fillings. A great way to round off any Korean meal!
